Culinary icon, Hans Röckenwagner, brings his inventive Californian cooking with a German flare to kitchens worldwide with the highly anticipated release of Das Cookbook. Drawing from more than 30 years of culinary experience in Los Angeles, Switzerland, and Germany, Hans is pulling together the perfect mix of German comfort and California freshness in his latest cookbook.
